ditto, although I usually get them for about £24!

Incidentally, My passenger side wiper doesn't work as well as the driver's side, even though I've replaced it, it's a bit smeary at the edges and across the middle. The screen's been cleaned really thoroughly but it's still happening. Could it be the wiper arm is losing it's strength? Anyone else experienced this? (2005 140 TDi saloon 90k miles)

From memory, you just buy the blade (it may have a bit of plastic on it) and it just clips straight into your wiper arm. It is really easy to change them (takes about 30 seconds to do)

Tommy, I think you are correct re the price, I couldn't remember exatly how much I paid. Re your passenger wiper, have you cleaned the wiper also? I would put the wipers in the service position and see how much resistance the spring gives, should give you an indication as to whether the spring is the cause?

Try Ebay for the Bosch aerotwins, about £17.95 plus p+p. Better than the Valeo in my opinion, I've tried both.

As a matter of interest, what did you use to clean the screen?
