Bulb failure warning

Audi tech help, does my A4 B6 1.9tdi 130 s-line, have Bulb failure warning.
My local Audi dealers are closed til monday grrrrr

Yes,....... Mac if you have not got a bulb warning up,you probably don't have a bulb out ,.why do you ask ? Is something wrong?

One more for you, I want to fit modern look LED tail lights, as i have the bulb warning i believe i will have to have resistors fitted .
Easy or not?

I'm looking to fit a set of modern look LED tail lights, it mentions that if bulb warning is present then there will be a need to fit resistors, if so grrr, then i'm looking for a "how to" LOL

If you're desperate, you could de-activate the bulb warning with VCDS.

Can you explain?, my dash is going ape intermittently with the number plate bulb warning. It seams as if not having a numberplate bulb working is on par with nazi invasion the amount of *******ing noise it makes about it. Stops when i put sidelights or no lights on, driving with night vision googles on isnt really all that practical though.

Would take it to my local garage but plan an epic drive tomorrow. Any takers?
