    Standard steel wheel bolts will work okay on standard vw alloys (ie the wheels must have a radius seat and not a tapered one).
    Put a wheel bolt in the alloy and check how far the threaeded portion sticks out at the back as long as it is more than 15mm it should be fine.
    If the wheels have a tapered seat then the standard bolts are no use
