Hi all, just want to say a big hello to everyone!

Im Chris and im a bit of an German car fan - i've had several Golf's (mk1 and mk4's), a 03 A4 TDi, an 04 A4 Convertable 1.8t Sport and i've now bought a A4 B5 which im doing up bit by bit as my hobby car. Its got a 120mm coilover kit fitted amongst other things which transforms the look of the car 10 fold and the handling!

    All the best, enjoy!

Definately one of the lowest - now be 120mm on the front and 100mm on the rear! Ive had to keep the oem wheels on but with lower tyre profiles. The sump sits about an inch of the ground but it still has full steering lock! Speedhumps are a no go, and getting out of the petrol station is interesting but hey i wanted low so ive got to put up with it!

Ive got a picture in the gallery of it when it was dropped about 80-90 each end along with a picture of the kit i used - im posting more soon, i want to get it on some grass for some decent pictures but it cant go near any kurbs or anything!

Make sure you get yourself a strengthened belly pan I don't want to see a "Cracked my oil sump" post from you.

There are a few very low B5 Passats around the UK too.

""Make sure you get yourself a strengthened belly pan I don't want to see a "Cracked my oil sump" post from you.""

The original one has already disappeared! I was on the M1 and once I got to around 70mph the car was just skimming of the grond - I pulled up at the first service station and it was not there anymore! Ive got to get another and for sure its going to be toughened up and made to suit as you could say!
