Esp/ park brake fault

2005 AUDI a6 2.0 S LINE DIESEL, Hi all, was driving in snowy conditions today and became stuck, had to switch my ESP off to get clear of some ice, brake pedal started bouncing as if my ABS was working then a warning lamp came on dash, " PARK BRAKE FAULT" Now my parking brake will not apply but the symbol on the dash falshes when you operate the switch, Have tried turning ignition on/off to reset it but as sonn as key is turned on the error message comes up again, Can someone PLEASE HELP ME ?

I don't know the answer, but exactly the same thing has happened to me today. Was driving along and then pulled in to wait for a car and no drive when I went to pull away and get ESP and Parking brake fault. The parking brake appears to work, but get the ESP fault and now the car won't start - given it is Christmas Eve, any help greatly appreciated.
