Dulwich Audi

I have just got my car back from Dulwich Audi & I am seriously underwhelmed. This is the first time I have used an Audi Main Dealer. In fact my first experience of any Audi after sales. I hope that this is not as good as it gets.

They made me feel like the car is about to blow up. "It's very dangerous to drive!" she said. "We couldn't even road test it!" Spoke to me in such a condescending manner. But they were very vague when I questioned them on details.

Want over a £1000 to replace all the cooling fan systems because a 10A fuse is blowing, this fuse is also for the intake manifold, so they want to change that. As well as put a new battery in it (even though it starts strongly) and replace the whole glow plug system (even though the glowplug light on the dash is not on).

Wrote "car cleaned and vacuumed FOC" even though it wasn't. "Oh, book it in and we'll do that for you." No. You should have done it already.

From what I can gather the £199 special deal full service is an oil filter change, new oil & a diagnostic check. Not even an air filter?

Or am I being a bit harsh?

This may not be of any help to you but it is the best garage I have found in the south(ish) of London area, Youngs Garage in Wrotham, Kent it's about 30 mins down the A20. I have used them for servicing my A4 2.5TDi as well as other little stuff, they are reasonable and treat your car like it's their own. check them out!!...
