    Default whistle noise from engine – 14-12-2009,08:13 PM
    hi guys got a 1.9tdi golf iv have a whistleing noise comming from my engine the noise gets louder with the engine revs it starts around 1500 revs any ideas?

    maybe the whistle is the turbo

    check your turbo pressure pipe
    located under your turbo
    usually when it splits it makes
    a whooshin or a whislting noise
