Went to the garage to put petrol in the car tonight and when I was there a guy had a flat battery and asked for a jump, I did my good citizen thing and said no probs, went to pop the bonnet and the bonnet release handle snapped in my hand!!, must have been that cold that it had gone brittle. Has anyone had the same problem or changed one, I have not had a look at it yet a it is dark. Is it easy enough or pritty fidgetty , also is it just the plastic handle that I need to replace?

    Any info would be app.
