    Hi,

We had a massive downpour while I was driving in the rain and now my indicators are not working correctly. I indicate and sometimes they flash for a few seconds and go off and sometimes they only flash once and go off?

Could it be water in the relay or something?

The other problem I have been having for a while is the temperature gauge sometimes does not work properly. For example this morning I was driving for about 30 mins and the gauge only showed 70C instead of 90C?

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Faulty coolant temp. sensor or a dodgy themostat.
Indicator relays are known to fail.

    Hi,

Where is the best place to get the indicator relay online?

I got a quote from the dealers and they want £35.90

    Thanks.

Finally got round to changing the relay and now the indicators work one thing I have noticed since doing this is when I lock the car usually all the indicator lights flash but they do not do that anymore? They still flash when I unlock the doors.

Not flashing when locking is a sign the alarm is not set for some reason.
Check all doors, bonnet and boot are shut

I know I thought it was a door or the boot not being shut properly but everything is shut and the red LEDs flash on the doors otherwise they would not be flashing if something was not shut.

    Very strange?
