My front wipers (A6 2.5Tdi Avant) have just started to operate intermittently.
I have since found the dreaded wet front footwell and obviously plan to strip that out and dry everything out. The battery tray is full of water so I will resolve this as soon as I can.

My question is, where is the control module for the wipers as I am guessing this has been damaged in the flood?

The wipers are controlled by relay J31 noy the CCM ( Conveniance Control Module ) which is under the carpet in the passenger foot well in ABS box. You will have to check in the box for water damage. J31 is in position 5 of the the Micro Electronic Unit behind the storage compartment on the drivers side. Fis the water issue now as if you ddamage the CCM it could coat you in excess of £200. Ensure you have the radio code before disconnecting the battery. Regards Peter
