Just had a set of Falken Zeix ZE912's fitted on mine. Far too early to talk about mileage but it handles OK. About £95 each.

Have got these on the front about 6 weeks ago and had some on the back about 20,000 miles ago and they are ready to change. They seem ok but was wondering if anything would grip better on the road, plus tyre fitter was quite suprised I wasnt running the p6's on it. other than that whats the difference between an £85.00 tyre and a £160.00 tyre?

I went for Goodyear Eagle F1's last year and was very impressed with grip dry and wet, even though they feel soft, should easily last 20k, which would be more than stock pirelli's. Was thinking going for Wrangler F1's next time perhaps, recommended by many 4x4 owners, should last even longer in expense of some comfort.

Just swapped my Wrangler F1's on my Allroad for Continental Cross Contacts. In my opinion the car drives better and looks better now!

I used the Wrangler F1s for about 6 months after buying the car. The treads were worn on the outside rims, apparently this is common with the Goodyears. They were down to about 4mm of tread and decided after much research to go for the cross contacts. I know the F1's are the preferred and recommended choice for being a good all round tyre, but as I spend 100% of my time ‘on’ road I decided to change them for the continentals and I am very happy with them.
