I got the mats included with my and the front ones say "GOLF" on them. They also clip into the floor. The back ones are just plain with no clips.

Hope you enjoy the car, I have a 1.4 TSi SE (122) and really like it

If I had to choose just one, I'd say the winter pack. The fogs do make the car look that bit better, but aren't really that useful. The heated seats are just great!
VW Golf Mk.6 1.4TSi (122PS) SE Georgia Blue Metallic, 2-zone climate control, Auto hold, front fogs, Sat Nav, Dynaudio, Flat tyre indicator, Luxury pack, Multi-function leather wheel, Parking sensors, Park Assist, Rear view camera, Winter pack.

Having had a hire car with foglights and the corner lighting function for the last few days i can't see much, if any benefit with fog lights. They certainly didn't do much to aid cornering, and the constant one fog on/off is sure to aggrevate other road users.

If the car lives outside then the winter pack is a good option, if only for warm seats on winter mornings before the air con gets to work.

20th october was when i placed the order. I think im set on the winter pack and could get fog lights retro fitted. Would the winter pack delay the build date you think?

I think you really need to be on unlit country roads to see the benefit and be going slowly as they don't come on until the wheel is turned a fair bit.

I agree they might aggravate other users but I have now seen two Mercs with this function and it actually looked quite distinguished. I reckon other car manufacturers will soon be adding them.
