Hi, i've just bought a standard mk4 golf single din cd player. Removed the storage compartment and plugged it into the BETA radio cassette beneath it using the standard connector supplied with the cd player, was told this would be all i need in order for it to work, however, it doesnt work at all Do I need another lead of some sort, or should it work with just the one supplied, cheers

There should be a power feed adapter I think that goes with the single play unit. If your CD player doesn't do anything at all, that's probably what is missing.
