I supply and fit the Dension range of products. For your car the Gateway Lite would be the best option: http://www.dension.com/index.php?pageID=231

Try XCARLINK on the search facility on this forum or go to www.xcarlink.co.uk

I have installed one of their boxes to my 2003 Passat and works fine. Due to the head unit fitted to my Passat and many others you do not get the functionality of a new type head unit or purpose built units with Ipod connectivity.

You can not get the names of tracks as they play but if you have created a playlist then you will know what is playing.

Its a basic system but with it being wired into the the back of the head unit the sound quality is very good.
If it ain't broke leave it alone!!!
