    hi all , does anybody know or have a idiots guide to removing wing mirror covers and replacing them.
    cheers hope someone can help

    Angle the mirror downwards, then get your fingers behind and prise the mirror off. You have to be firm put apply even pressure. Be careful not to crack the mirror. Undo the screw which attaches the mirror body to the cap. You may then find that you have to move the whole mirror assembly towards the car and then use a screwdriver to gently prise the cover off. There are a couple of clips inside that you will need to release.

    There is a how to guide somewhere, I'll find it and post it again.
