face lift or not

Can anyone tell me what are the differences on a facelift model mine is a 99 1.8 and i dont know if its a facelift or not

If the headlights are one piece, then it is probably a face lift model.
Electronic boot release was on the facelift also + fog lights + nets on the back of the front seats + concert 1 radio/cassette

Other visual clues are the door handles, which were a different design, and the rear number plate aperture, which was a different shape (pre-facelift cars had vertical sides, post-facelift had sides parallel to the bootlid shutlines).
