heater a/c

hi can some one help me please i have a problem with my a/c i have had it on a diagnostic machine today and it came back with this the right hand temp motor on ac box bad conection or broken wire does anyone have a picture on where i can find this so i konw what i am looking for please please please please thank you all sorry the car is an audi a4 avant 1.9 tdi 100 bh 52 plate thanks

When you say the righthand side do you mean drivers side?what was the servo number,should be like e.g v158 or v159,anyway I'll post you a pic of the passenger side one's, if its the other side, they are awkward to get at because of the pedals.

Thank you yes it is the drivers side and itis yellow does the yellow one open the drivers side flap of the a/c for the temp thank you for your assistance

Try the yellow one,unbolt the servo and turn it 90 degrees and remove it then operate the lever by hand,see if you get any heat out.

Nevo yes mate I fixed it today there was a loose wire thank you for your help
