    Default VAG COM codes and how to repair – 14-10-2009,12:08 PM
    Im a novice to all this stuff and am looking some help I ran VAG on my 2002 2.5Tdi sport(manual) and got the following faults back.

    00777 Accelerator Position Sensor
    01265 EGR Valve
    01375 Engine Mount Control Solenoid

    When I start car and press the accelerator the ESP light illuminates and car goes into limp mode.Anyone help me please

    The accelerator position sensor will be causing that. It could be the sensor itself (on the pedal) or the wiring to it. The wiring comes out in the fuse box below the ECU so check there for water and/or corrosion.

    Not sure how much a pedal is to be honest but shoudn't be difficult. The dealer did mine under warranty so I didn't get involved in the fitting.
