Avant Bicycle roof rack

Hi I'm trying to find a bicycle roof carrier for my Audi roof bars which are attached to the rails. I have tried two different models from Halfords but have found the depth of the roof bars is deeper than the carriers can goto. Other than the official Audi bike Carriers any recommendations. I dont want to use rear bike attachments. Can some one explain the Audi bike carriers I think you remove the rubber seal from the Roof bars and the Bike carrier fits into the slot on, rather than being secured with a bracket which most of them seem to do on standard 40mm bars.
