There are a few threads about upgrading to satnav MMI and things. Various combinations are possible and others aren't However what the all have in common is the cost. I think you'd quickly be the wrong side of 2000 pounds.

can supply the OEM satnav parts so you can see how much stuff costs there. Fitting is seriously expensive, especially if you have to go from a normal-wired car to fibre optic as all the looms would need changing.
Have a quick search in the forum here as there's a UK company who can do the installs/conversions - and maybe our resident Audi insider will pop on and say something as well but essentially I suspect you are better off getting a nice TomTom or something and maybe the AMI.
