Touran Headlamp Washers / Fuse

I have a 2005 Touran 2.0 TDI, the headlamp washers have stopped working altogether, they dont even pop out

Can anyone please tell me where to try? The manual makes no reference to the fuse location?

Hey there. The Touran headlamp washers are powered via fuse 53 (20Amp) on the dash fusebox. That's one of the larger fuses, bottom row 6th fuse in from the right. If you look closely you'll see the fuse numbers marked on the box.

There is also a relay in the circuit. It's located on the relay plate behind the dash on the drivers side. It has spaces on it for 9 relays although they don't all have relays fitted. I think the one for the lamp washers is at the center left position and should be marked with a number 53.
