    Hello,

    is it possible to rent an A4 avant for few days or even a week, something like a long test drive? if yes, where? do dealers accept that kind of thing?

    Have you tried asking a few dealers? To clinch a sale some will let you have one for a day or three.

    Failing that, many of the major hire companies will have Audi's available, you just need to book in advance and pay extra of course!

    On a recent business trip to Lyon, Europcar had a load of nice Audis parked outside the rental office - TTs, A5 Cabrios
    Ended up with a Megane Diesel

    not yet...but will some accept for used cars? i'm not planning on buying new.

    indeed, europcar asks Ł250 for 2 days for an A4 2.7TDI saloon...

    Problm solved then? It'll never be cheap, no-one will lend you a 25k+ car for peanuts.

    As for used extended test drives, it isnt often available but unless you ask I guess you'll never know!

    If you're genuinely interested in buying one, then ask the salesman and they may well let you test one for a couple of days. If they won't, then offer to rent it for a couple of days. It can't hurt to ask.
