Location? location? location?

Hello peep's,

I've been asked by a mate to change the Green 4 pin temp sensor on his T4 (03plate exAA 125ps? i think he said) due to intermitant readings on his gauge, 'of course ,not a problem' I said,
Question is where is it located on the engine,just so i don't look a complete *tard when i come to fit it, of course we already fitted a lowering kit and i have not got a lift but am i correct in thinking its on the front left of the engine and will need to fit it from underneath,

unfortunatly the local dealer mechanic did not know where it is worryingly enough

Sorted , managed to get the use of a lift and found it nestling between the back of the Alternator and the Vacuum pump, only problem was the dealer supplied us the wrong one so they are going to get one of these when i go and swop it for the right one
