    Can anyone help please
I will be fitting a towbar to my MK6 2.0l TDI Golf this weekend.
Question: where do I pick up the permanent feed from, for the 2nd socket for the caravan fridge/battery. Is it available in the boot? or do I pick it up from the fusebox or at the battery terminals?

Have you got the 12V cig lighter socket in the boot? If so take it from there.

There is a lighter socket however the supply goes off when the keys out (not a permanent live).
