A3 Sportback - Bluetooth tetrofit

I have an 09 1.9 TDi Sport A3 Sportback and when the car was ordered I thought that it came with Bluetooth. When it arrived at the end of May there was a Bluetooth button on the steering wheel but no bluetooth fitted. Dealer says it needed to be specified on order.

At the moment I use the phone in the aux socket so I get to hear people over the car speakers, and the audio system mutes when calls are made or come in, but I have to shout a bit to make myself heard. Is there an easy way to retrofit factory fit Bluetooth or is a Parrot the best way forward?

Yes you can retrofit bluetooth, you'll need a module loom and some coding changes.
