What mpg am I getting?

Apologies if this seems like a lazy or silly question:

I fill my B7 up with diesel until the tank is filled to the maximum. Can't say how many liters/gallons I have put in. Then I zero the clock.

560 miles later the low fuel warning comes on and I refill again.

What is my mpg? The 560 miles refill interval is pretty constant.

By the way the car is 2.0TDi 180BHP. 75% motorway driving. Averaging 80mph.

I get about the same on mine. When my light comes on i fill up it uses about 61 litres or about 13.4 gallons. You do 560 miles so 560 / 13.4 = 41.8mpg. There is a german site which some use on here to keep track of your economy, maybe someone can provide a link.
