fitting heated seats... few questions...

hi people. i have a v reg audi a4 tdi avant. i am looking at fitting heated seats but hav a few questions first.

1. will vw bora seats (front and back) fit the audi? there the gti heated seats.

2. If they do fit, will my car already have the wiring kit there ready to just clip into the seats or will i have to get it all wired up?

3. One of the seats was workin but now doesnt seem to get as warm as it used to... does anyone know why this is? the fuses are all ok and stuff?

any help would be grately appreciated. i tryin to prepare for a cooold winter lol.

1. not without a grinder a big hammer and some welding gear
2. no, if your car is a pre facelift youd need harness and switches, facelift model need harness and climate panel with built in switches (ive been searching for a used panel for my own for years)
3. you can buy new heated pads but seats are a pain to strip down

yeh mines the facelift model. bugger. i thought the bora seats wud go straight in. oh well never mind.
