Passat air / pollen filter

Hello All

Does anyone know if the Air Pollen filter on a Passat estate (09 reg B6 I think is the model number ?) is easy to get to. Although the car is not old its been in a very dusty enviroment. The out put of air from the fan is much reduced, making ventilation poor ( Stuffy ) & demisting etc very slow.

Passenger footwell behind glove box. Take off plastic trim cover and look up. Looks like a 2" x 6" plastic box. Slide clip to one side and pull out. If you buy one from euro car parts it will probably come with fitting instructions.

Many Thanks to Martin for the info, just changed the pollen filter the old one covered in talc like dust. Making an appointment with a Ciropractor ( please forgive spelling!) in the morning!

just walk into a euro car parts and pick one up. nice simple and cheaper.
or try German swedish French (GSF)
