iPod not working!

I upgraded the software on my iPhone last night to version 3.1 and since then the bloomin thing refuses to play nicely (or more precisely not at all) with the radio.
Anyone else had this problem? Service due in 3K, so will get it checked then...

No audio and the text AUX IN. Have checked all connections but no luck. Will try to dig out my nano when I get home tonight to see if that works.

Right so the MDI doesnt see the iPod?

What comes up on the iPod screen?

The usual dialogue asking whether or not I want to switch airplane mode on appears, after which the iphone behaves as normal - with the exception that I cannot bring up the audio controls with a double tap of the home button. The iPhone charges when connected.

Can't help other than to say that 3.1 Beta is for development only handsets at the moment. That might change with the "It’s only rock and roll, but we like it" Apple event tonight, where it is widely expected the release date of 3.1 will be announced.

However if you are still having problems, would recommend that you seek help in the Apple iPhone OS developers forum.
