Dear All

I posted tis question about my 2002 130TDI Estate when this B5 board first started a few weeks ago

History so far

6 Months ago the engine started to make a noise like a slight exhaust leak still present

2 weeks ago the Intercooler hose burst and has since been replaced

The Car ran OK for about a week then started to hesitate on acceleration accompanied by a puff of smoke from the exhaust.

My mechanic suggested Injector cleaning additive after 2 bottles it runs better but still hesitant on acceleration

Any ideas what I should try next ?

I think you might want to get a daignostics check first and see if anything comes up.

well I'm in Bedford and I pay £40-. The dealer will prob be a little more but shop about.

i agree.... if you fill your location details in on your USER CP it would help people to help you
