    hi
    i have a misfire cyl 4 time for a new set plugs
    can anyone tell me what error code 16492 points to.

    Look at thr Ross-tech wiki. It could be MAP sensor, air leak, bad electrical connection. It's all on wiki.

    16492 (P0108) Intake manifold pressure/air pressure G71/F96 signal too high

    Possibly a faulty MAP sensor (VW call it a “Thrust sensor”, part number 06B 906 051 and around £122) or an inlet manifold leak or possibly even just a dirty throttle body.

    a dirty throttle body it was along with a small hole in breather pipe.
