    Default Broken Glovebox Latch – 02-09-2009,03:35 PM
    Hi, first post here so go easy!

    My glovebox latch does not operate on a 55 A4avant. I have taken off the near side panel and can operate the glovebox opening by pushing my finger in and releasing the lid manually. I'd like to do a permanenet repair on this but at low cost or DIY. Any advice on this one?

    Sorry to hear you have this problem. When the lever bit that you operate to open the glovebox broke I replaced with new at £19.
