Noisey drivers door opening

Hi, I've got a 54 plate Touran and when I open the driver's door for the first time after an unlock there is a short humm (1-2 sec) which seems to come from under the car. Does anyone know what this is? Will it be a problem?

do you also have interference with ur radio when opening and shutting the doors....id imagine the humming sound when opening the doors is coming from underneath the passengers seat...being the amplifier for the radio having electrical interference...
