    Hi all,

Just wanted to say hello to all you members out there. I have recently bought a Golf 1.9 TDI in white as my second car.

Gave it a good wash, clean, polish & wax and it has came out very well.

I noticed a couple of parts in the engine bay hanging loose?! Please feel free to take a look at the pics and let me know if this is how it should be?

    Do I do this?

    And what could this be?

Only mod planned is bigger wheels with decent tyres the handling is hard to get used to but I am sure its easy to improve.

First Diesel vehicle I have ever owned, man is it loud!! lol

Thats all for now, I will look forward to your replies.

    Thanks,

    Rav

Thanks for letting me know really wanted to make sure...

I dont think it makes a turbo noise all I know is that it makes a lot of noise and rattles.

My other car is a very quiet petrol so it has taken some getting used to lol.

The one thing I thought was so smart is that you can open or close all windows if you keep the key turned in the door after doors have locked/unlocked!

    Thanks again.

I love that feature too, whats even better is if you put and alarm on it and then hold the open/close button it'll do the same!

Afcourse, Please let me know first when you find an easy to install Remote C/L

I was thinking of buying an Alarm of ebay for something like £30 inc P&P all for the sake of R/C/L Would you know how to fit it? I don't!

That sounds like the same one I was thinking about from ebay. I guess it would come with instructions and even if it did not I am sure the info will be easily available online.

Might give it a go at some stage and if it works I will let you know how.
