    My old man is talking about selling his 2.0 GT 140 5 door in metallic black with 18" Vancouvers. 09/09 with 5000 miles. Finds it a bit too small and wants to buy an A4 Avant.

    What's that worth in a private sale?
    2008 Passat TDI SE DSG Saloon. Blue Graphite, New Style RS4 18" Alloys, Privacy Glass, Chrome Mirrors, Chrome Grill, Parrot CK3000 Evolution.

    Jeez, I hope he got a world class mega discount on the new price or hes going to take a massive hit. Buying new cars only makes financial sense if you can spread the depreciation across many years.
