Our sharan started stalling on stopping at lights etc. We took it to a local garage where there ran a diagnostic check which brought up 7 faults! on the engine:
00668 - Supply voltage terminal 30
07 - 10 - signal too low - intermittent
00553 - Mass air flow sensor (G70)
31 - 10 - open or short to ground - intermittent
00525 - Oxygen (Lambda) sensor (G39)
03 - 10 - no signal - intermittent
00561 - Mixture adaption
14 - 10 - adaption limit (add) exceeded - intermittent
00532 - Supply voltage B+
07- 10 - signal too low - intermittent
00516 - Closed throttle (idle) position switch (F60)
30 - 10 - open or short to plus - intermittent
00515 - Camshaft position (hall) sensor (G40)
29 - 10 - short to ground - intermittent

I wasnt present at the time my wife took it in and they told her the HT leads were very worn and a vaccum hose had come loose. I have repair the hose and replaced the leads but the car will only start and stalls when reved.
Im finding it hard to believe that all these components have gone down at the same time, does anyone have any experience with reading the VAG codes and there meanings etc. I have started by ordering a new MAF sensor which I have bench tested and found to be faulty. What I cant understand is the engine still starts with all these faults.
