vw sharan auto gearbox

have a 2002 sharan carat tiptronic gearbox.when starting and driving off doesn't kick into 2nd gear, so i put in neutral whilst car is moving turn ignition off and on car starts up put into D drives fine, until i stop stationary.pull off again same problem.After a while of doing this it does eventually kick into 2nd only when the car has warmed up.Changed gearbox oil to no avail.Don't know what to do any advise welcomed

I have a MK1 Sharan Carat Auto, I find my gearbox is reluctant to change up until she's warm, I assumed it was the "Fussy Logic" what's its name reading the engine temperature.

No it's not fixed, I thought it was supposed to work like that.
