    hey people i have a prob i have a mk2 golf 1.6 which im in the process of rebuilding the engine in however i have no idea what soever on the tuning side of things any ideas of how i can make my 1.6 into a nice beast of an engine any idea appreciated
    mk4 golf 1.6
    mk2 golf 1.6 driver (in process of rebuilding)

    I'm going to be harsh but true here...

    You need to drop a 1.8 or 2.0 valver in it !!!

    But that probably defeats the object ?

    yeh does kind of defeat the object because i have got the engine out and would rather rebuild and tune the 1.6 rather than mess about putting a 1.8 in will be putting a webber carb on anyway but was just wondering if any other ideas out there cheers anyway
