Another mk 1 16v engine conversion has a mot ticket for another year. a few advisories but nothing worring. apart from a small fuel leak from fuel supply. ( i know that could be a major thing quite quickly) the garage didn't have o rings suitable but passed car as i would get it done, what i want to know is what are the o rings needed? Are they only available from vw or gsf ? Are the copper or made of some thing else / what size are they? The exact bits i need are on 4c.2 on the Haynes manual. 16v k jetronic fuel injection system o-ring are numbered 2 on diagram for fitting between union bolt number 4 that bolts in to fuel supply and return pipes. i hope some one can help, i'm just starting out with the whole sort your car thing out by yourself. hence the questions I ask can seem a bit daft ,cheers in advance for the help.

They aren’t “O” rings, they are copper or ally washers. I don’t have a Haynes manual at home, what part are they on that is leaking?

Banjo bolts with a 13-mm head use N 013 807 6, about 15p each from VW. The two on the control pressure regulator with the 14-mm headed banjo bolt are N 013 811 5, again about 15p and the ones on the banjos with 17-mm heads are N 013 812 8, about 25p each.
