Does anyone know which fuse in which fuse box is likely to control the towbar electrics on a 2004 2.0TDi Touran? The 10amp in-line fuse in the jack stowage box is in tact, but I think there is a 5amp fuse somewhere else, Any advise greatly appreciated, thanks,

Most tow bar fitters put one inline close to the battery.
    Hope this helps.

I have same motor with towbar. Cigarette lighter fuse controls circuit. However when electrics fail in my case car fuses found intact. Rectification is by removal of line fuse to towbar electrics counting to ten and then reinstating fuse. The box then clicks reboots and everything is alright until the next time.
