Avant Rear Wiper

Hi, I have a prob' with my rear wiper, it doesn't work!!
I have bought a second hand unit from fleabay plugged it in........nothing. Can anyone tell me where the relay is for the rear wiper, I'm wondering if it is the relay not the motor. I have already tried another wiper from a breaker and that didn't work either, washer pump works from the switch, I did wonder if the stalk switch was faulty, not sure which way to go to test if its the motor,relay or switch.
Any ideas would be most welcome.

check the fuses its seperately fused

Pull back the gaitor on top of the taigate and check the wiring.
