    the other day i was in car and the interior lights started flashing off and on and the outside temp on centre console was just two lines couldnt open any of windows except mine and only my door would lock with key then heard a click and everything worked again then went off then came back a few times read codes i got 04c6 which has been there for a while airbag sensor i also got 4674 and 4676 something about steering angle sender and accelerator position sender signal too small any ideas how to start fixing this cheers mark

    have you got a water leak?
    same thing happened to my freinds passat and it had water in throttle pedal sender and in wiring

    check the drain under the battery
    check the pollen filter housing as they leak
    also check the air con drain tube
    lift the carpet and check the cdl ecu in black box in passenger floor
    remove the accelerator pedal and check for water ingress

    battery drains are clear pollen filter sealed where will i find air cond. drain tube had carpet lifted dried out as best i could

    the air con drain is located in n/s footwell
    if you look at the bottom of the heater at front left corner just to the side of transmission tunnel it is a black plastic tube type object
