1998 mk3 1.9tdi will not start!!!

hi to all ..last week i got myself a golf 1.9 tdi with 190k on it ...all has been fine running sweet till today my misssus went out this morning it started ok .but when she tried later it would not start...ive checked the belt & all is moving ok checked the relay 109 ok just keeps turning over &not firing the glow plugs are faily new .....help!!!

yes the gauge was on the red but i put a gallon in it as i dont know if gauge is working correct as i only had it 1 week ...the fuel is reaching the injectors... thanks

update .....
checked all electrics all ok ..eventually call out aa he done all the stuff i already done .hes said theres not much that would stop it starting apart from the timing being out ...is it possible for it to have moved or slipped??
it was running fine!
help!!
