windscreen washer bottle

i seem to have a leak in my windscreen washer bottle any ideas to what it could be thanks in advance

Hi, Had a similar problem, on my 200 estate , and the rear washer was not working, had two disconnected pipe , at the rear left handside ( next to the cd changer unit ) , and also the pipe had become disconnected from the rear wash, inside the boot lid. Worth checking all the pipe connections first, as I looked at the filler bottle and it didn't seem an easy job.
