You dont need to theres a lever by the side of the reflector inside the headlamp ,
just take the dip bulb cover off and you will see it next to the back of the reflector it just moves then the lamp become LHD or vise versa.

No mate i had mine out yesterday and mine are not factory xenon ,
and the lever is in there as i pulled it down and watched the cut off plate flick over to the exact same cut off but the other way for continental use
so its all good no need to purchase lights you have the function to change.

Thank you all, just to make sure, my RHD headunits are broken, can I replace them with LHD headlamp units? Would there be any differences of fitting parts? Thanks

I would, but I have no time for that, as I am not in the U.K. I urgently need to replace them. Thank you
