    what do you mean dash insert, the instrument cluster? If it is there a piece of plastic along the bottom over the steering cowl. this pulls off, revealing 2 screws undo these and the cluster pulls out

    yeah the cluster do you mean the plastic between the buttons ?

    yeah, its about 4 inchs long and u shapes, it pops off.
