I have changed my headunit to an aftermarket pioneer one. Unfortunately even with a booster connected inline with the aerial from the car and the headunit there is still no signal. I only get radio 4...

Just wondering whether i am missing something here.

    Any help would be appreciated.

the booster should have a cable with it which needs to be connected to the remote cable of the headunit.

Hi, i have connected it to the auto antenna remote connection from the back of the headunit. Still no joy. Could it be that the car aeriel has malfunctioned? if so any way of checking?

Try a multimeter on the aerial amplifier, see if it is getting power, mine is in the boot lid (A4 CAB)
