Missing pipe?

Can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a small bore pipe, from the turbo inlet manifold just above the wastegate actuator, to the please? Picture below is A4 but similar.

Also, are the rear wiper motors prone to jamming?

im not sure what pipe you mean ill grab a shot of my bay tomorrow and post it and you can point it out on that

I think this should just have a seal over it (a single ended pipe!) and its there to provide a point to measure pressure.
