Just click 'next' and enter your reg and make. Lots of info about your car.

I tried it and found out something really interesting...

Depends on what you feed it....

It tells you the CO2 emission, Tax paid and Date of reg.

From that I put 2 & 2 together and got...

If I feed it a reg to do with me, the info it gives me is not new.
BUT, If I feed it a reg of say a friend or colleague at work it tells me info about them.
From that info I've worked it out.
I can't post it as I may be wrong, but it all looks like it's adding up to me.

don't get what you mean , all it basically tells you is whether the car is taxed or not. thats about all you can get from it. You used to be able to get loads of free info from the rac site such as last change of keeper etc. but not any more

I'm also lost on this- just typed in all my neighbours cars and same old info, colour of car and when tax is due and how much it costs etc.

Yes thats right...

I'm getting no more info than you lot are getting, it's just that the info I've seen doesn't tally up with what I'm been told.

Lets just say my new car will have a CO2 of 172 and costs £175 for 12mths.
