    Hi all

I was just after a little advice. I have a 04 A3 s line and this morning when I came to the car the hazards were flashing, there was no sign of it being bumped, so I got in and drove off, it then said the boot was open. When I arrived at work I checked the boot and locked the car. But the hazards keep going on and off intermittently.

Does anyone know why this is? I'm a bit nervous about booking it into a garage with out having an idea of what it could be.

Any information would be gratefully recieved.

    Many thanks

    Alex

its to do with the alarm. If it says the boot is still open but its definitely firmly shut. Then there is a fault with the sensor. Quite common now on 04' A3's. My old one did it. Took it into audi and put under the vag com.
